Weekly Project Update – September 6, 2024
The following work is scheduled over the next three weeks:
Garden State Parkway Mileposts 140 to 143
Deck gland installation at 141.3, 141.7 and 141.9 and final bridge striping will recommence September 9, 2024 and will continue into late September 2024.
Bridge No. 140.2, GSP under Galloping Hill Road
On or about August 12, 2024, traffic on GHR will shift into stage 5 to construct the median islands and curb work at Golf Drive. This work will continue into late September 2024.
Bridge No. 141.3, GSP over Route 22 EB
Spall repairs will commence under Structure 141.3 on July 30, 2024, and be completed by approximately September 27, 2024. This will require nightly lane closings on Rt 22 EB.
Bridge No. 141.7, GSP over Morris Avenue (Route 82)
No work is scheduled at this location.
Bridge No. 141.9, GSP over Route 22 WB
